Cancellations.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please ensure you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

The online booking system gives you the ability to book and reschedule your appointments at your own convenience.

When booking your appointment, your card details will be required to pay a 20% deposit for your booking. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend your appointment, this card will be charged the full value of the appointment.

If you choose to cancel your appointment via phone, email or social media please ensure you have a response from Salon 81 to confirm. Otherwise your appointment still stands and you will be charged.

If you have purchased a course of treatments and you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time you will loose that treatment of your course,

In the event where an appointment has been cancelled within 24 hours and we haven’t received payment of the full value of the appointment, we will send you an invoice via email containing our bank details. You will have 7 days to pay the outstanding balance, failure to do so will result in a permanent ban from the salon.

No Shows

If you fail to arrive for your appointment, the card used to pay the booking deposit will be charged the full value of the missed appointment.

If you have purchased a course of treatments and you fail to attend your appointment you will loose that treatment of your course.

In the event where an appointment hasn’t been attended and we haven’t received payment for the full value of the appointment, we will send you an invoice via email containing our bank details. You will have 7 days to pay the outstanding balance, failure to do so will result in a permanent ban from the salon.

Please note; all clients receive appointment confirmations and reminders via email. It is your responsibility to ensure all contact details are kept up to date.

Lateness.

If you are going to be late for your appointment please inform the salon as soon as possible.

If you do not arrive for your appointment within 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and will have to be rescheduled. If you miss your appointment time, the full value of your appointment will be charged to the card you used to pay your booking deposit.

This policy is put in place to protect the clients with appointments afterwards to ensure the therapists don’t run over and impact their treatment.

By Booking your APPOINTMENT with salon 81 you AUTOMATICALLY agree to all our policies.

We understand that things can happen unexpectedly, but Salon 81 is an extremely busy Salon and by not arriving for your appointment this prevents other clients being able to book in with us. All policies are put in place to protect our small business and all of our clients. Thank you for understanding.
